Just How I Made My Workers Follow Working Hours

By Marcus A Coldtrain

Social networking websites were getting my workers' time from their task. Even though I did not literally catch an idler in the act, I was aware of the idling that happened. They would click on the mouse immediately when I go to their desk and then behave as if they were concealing something.

I didn't wish to waste time guarding them, as they were way too old for that. I wanted them to know that every minute they spent unproductively in my firm was money being wasted. Therefore, I set up a fake security camera in each and every corner of their workspace.

So why a phony surveillance camera, you may ask? Well, these were fakes as far as I was concerned but my personnel didn't know that. All they knew was that I became fed up with playing cat-and-mouse and had taken measures to address their erring ways.

A fake security camera can perform what dozens of paid spies are not able to. The very first sign which my ploy was successful was when production on the floor doubled on the very first week. A lot of paperwork became done on time. Personnel kept to their own place of work and not somewhere else within the premises.

I acquired a dome dummy camera that have flashing LED. I then hired someone who was not connected to the firm and made it look that his work was hush-hush, just to spice things up a bit.

I told the hired person to put every single dome dummy camera with flashing LED in a location that made it look obvious though partly hidden. By doing this, it would look that I was looking to hide the fake security camera.

My steps stirred the people on the office floor. All they had were gut feelings, which were no more than the boss having set up surveillance cameras to get inappropriate behavior.

I was able to achieve my aims with a fake security camera. It was cheaper compared to getting a high-technology surveillance system. Anyway, I was only after them so that they perform their job and not post their present statuses on their social sites. What I Did To Make My Employees Follow Work Hours

Social networking internet sites were taking my workers' time from their work. Although I did not actually get an idler in the act, I was conscious of the idling that happened. They would click on the mouse immediately whenever I go to their workplace and then behave as if they were concealing something.

I didn't wish to waste time guarding them, as they were way too old for that. I wanted them to understand that every minute they spent unproductively in my business was money being wasted. Thus, I mounted a fake security camera in each and every corner of their work environment.

How come a phony surveillance camera, you may ask? Well, these were imitations as far as I was concerned but my personnel did not know that. All they knew was that I became sick and tired of playing cat-and-mouse and took steps to deal with their erring ways.

A fake security camera is able to carry out what dozens of paid spies are not able to. The first clue that my tactic was successful was when production on the floor doubled on the first week. Many paperwork became completed promptly. Personnel kept to their very own place of work and not in other places within the premises.

I bought a dome dummy camera that have flashing LED. I then employed a person who was not connected to the firm and made it appear that his job was hush-hush, just to spice things up a bit.

I instructed the hired guy to put each dome dummy camera with flashing LED in a location that made it seem clear though partially hidden. This way, it would look that I was looking to conceal the fake security camera.

My actions stirred the people on the office floor. All they had were gut feelings, which were no more than the boss having fitted surveillance cameras to catch inappropriate behavior.

I was able to attain my targets using a fake security camera. It was cheaper than purchasing a high-technology surveillance system. Anyway, I was simply after them so that they do their work and not publish their current statuses on their social sites.
