People who are unfamiliar with Southern California, but are relocating into the area, are often overwhelmed by the cities that seem to blend into each other and the complicated freeway system that is often gridlocked. You will be able to enjoy the full size pool with spa and a gas fire grill on the spacious patio.

If you are willing to go over the million dollar mark, you can live in luxury at Big Bear. There are spacious homes with over four thousand square feet and at least five bedrooms. Open and airy two story great rooms with massive fireplaces are not out of the ordinary. You can expect a gourmet kitchen with professional grade cook tops and multiple built in ovens. Two and three car garages and game rooms are added amenities.

If you really want to splurge and spend upwards of two million dollars, there might be a breathtaking Spanish hacienda overlooking a spacious lawn and a dramatic circular drive in the front. Many have floor plans designed for serious entertaining with open living and dining areas. Walls of French doors leading out to spacious patios, columns, arches, and wide hallways add to the overall effect of luxury and opulence.

If you prefer a town home or condominium to a single family home, there are plenty to choose from. You can live at Big Bear Lake in a four bedroom, three bath log siding town home for a little less than eight hundred thousand dollars. The mountain views alone are worth the mortgage.

Southern California is known for its temperate climate and beautiful scenery. Living is style makes it even more special.
