How Can You "Present" Attraction Marketing?

By Fabio Zocante

The internet service sure has changed how people purchase goods and services. Estimates vary, based on product, that between 78% and 96% study online before purchase. Reflect about those records! Even if a potential client has been referred to you, you can be pretty sure that they are going to research you on the internet. If they don't like what they find or if you look like every other agent online, there's no importance to the client.

Do you think the use of the web means you need a website that showcases your exclusive business brand? You bet you do! And it would be still better if that website offered a blog part, so you can display case your competence in real-estate on a normal basis. Blogs are easy to maintain, and offer lots of flexibility. They are ideal for many company owners, counting real estate brokers, who want to present great content, strut their competence, and bring it all to life in a visible way.

Go browsing and search the term "attraction marketing". You'll discover an onslaught of information about "techniques" to draw people to you, frequently by sending dozens of sales emails to someone. A lot of the so-called gurus of these attraction marketing systems will tell you that belly-to-belly marketing techniques just don't work any longer. In fact, they are ready to sell you their attraction marketing system.

Do you believe the use of the internet means you don't need to snail mail any longer? Totally not! You still need to reach out in this "old fashioned" method to potential clients. Because so few people use top quality mailed pieces you will instantly stand out from the crowd, especially if you are mailing posts about real estate. Remember - no more recipe cards, automotive fix tips, or posts about dog care.

I put together a list of seven "B"s - seven things that can help with your attraction marketing.

Be in love with your work Become valuable (because then you happen to be invaluable) Become visual Benefits are answer - create them, then identify them so they're appealing to potential clients Brand yourself - both in conditions of your customer skill and with a visual look that showcases the customer experience Build relationships before expecting business Be an expert - identify your market in and out, and split that information

Every one you meet - online or offline - in the course of a day, a week, a month, or a year is a potential check you. Can you chase all of them? No, but you can attract them all and, over time, continue to divide your significance with them awaiting they need your services.

If you are going to have victory in your trade without working very hard, it has to begin with attraction marketing. If you do not already have the tools in place to draw clients to you, make that a priority in your business now!
