With every development, we make a documentation for each just to make sure that we will have the right information and data about it. You can use social media and other ways to market with the internet, since this the common method being used right now.

Keep your promises about your follow ups, make sure you check on them when you give your promise date. Try to exceed more with your plans you have, and try to innovate new sales techniques that can be applied. Increase the numbers of new homes sold, whatever the current situation is, wither is is up, down, or side wards.

They are willing to accept different kinds of employment for part time to full time jobs, as long you are able to meet with their training. You should have a good communication skills that can entice people to let them listen with what you have to say. They provide incentives and greet salaries for their employees.

It has it s own limitation in terms in interpreting data because of some instances. Some houses that were sold already were not yet build, but it is still at the process of completing it. For those who have cancellations, it will not be recounted for another sale from a different person.
