There is the beach club. Reservations are allowed from Monday to Thursday. Nobody is restricted to make a reservation far as it is within those that are allowed. This club is owned by Property Owners Association which runs and manages it. It provides club services which are available every time of the day every day.

The garbage and recycling. These services are provided by the authorities of the St James farm with the contract with the waste and recycling company. There are garbage and recycling containers which are provided to each resident. They are to be put out during the day of collection and removed afterward. In case one is not available, it is always advisable that they ask their neighbors to remove it for them.

The library services. Everyone is allowed to access these services. Donations of books not older than ten years and other materials are welcomed. The management encourages every person of any age to come and enjoy the services offered in a library.

The pedestrian rules. These are also well stipulated. Every person should follow the traffic rules to avoid accidents. Walking lanes are supposed to be followed where they are provided. If not available, one is supposed to walk straight while in a confrontation with the traffic.
